Information we collect
We collect account and business details, the customer and job records you enter, photos, notes, time and financial records, support messages, subscription identifiers and technical data needed to provide the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide JobSlate Pro, secure accounts, support customers and improve reliability. We do not sell customer lists, job records, photos, notes or invoice data.
Providers and payments
Infrastructure, database, email, storage and monitoring services include Vercel, Neon, Resend, Vercel Blob and Sentry. Apple handles iPhone subscription payments; Stripe handles website subscription payments. JobSlate stores subscription identifiers and status, rather than card details.
Phone storage and permissions
The app keeps encrypted drafts, cached records and pending changes on your phone, with credentials in secure storage. Camera and photo-library permission are used when you add photos or a logo. Saved phone work remains until it is synchronized or you explicitly discard it.
Retention and deletion
Personal profile and login data are removed when you delete your account. Records belonging to a continuing business remain attributed to a former member. Closed workspace records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days. Backups, security records and provider transaction records may have separate retention periods. Export workspace data before closure.
